Tori Bryan-Carter has over two years of progressive experience working on diverse coastal and marine projects in collaboration with United Nations agencies, government bodies, and non-governmental organizations. Tori's extensive knowledge encompasses coastal planning, the development of blue and green economies, and climate change adaptation. As Technical Assistant, she will support the refinement, implementation and monitoring of the Caribbean work plan for the BIOPAMA programme.
