Grenada Bank Tree Boa relocation to the Levera National Park (2021)

This Grenada Bank Tree Boa was rescued from a yard and relocated to a protected area.
Locally knows as 'serpent' , boas are killed on sight. Although they are non-venomous, some people still has an irrational fear of them, and will kill them. We decided to relocate this on to the Ramsar site because most of coastal habitats on the east coast are being removed for development.

Area of interest: Grenada
